Martin Reynolds Opticians Established in 1986, Martin Reynolds Opticians has been providing the highest quality optical service for over 25 years. Based in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, our intimate practice provides a professional environment for eye examinations and a stylish space to choose from our very wide and frequently enhanced designer range of spectacles. The practice is located in North Street alongside the main banks, and is easily accessible on the ground floor for disabled and wheelchair bound people.

The consulting room now incorporates innovative technology including a computerised LCD test chart to record vision accurately and has acquired a state of the art OCT for storing digital images of the back of the eye - the retina. If you are experiencing any eye problems whilst we are closed please attend A&E at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow or Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge.

Using a low frequency light source the OCT will scan sections of the retina and generate a 3D, cross-sectional scan in one sitting. It is non-invasive, painless and quick!
