I experienced a change in my vision about four months after my first visit, so I went to Haydenswan Eyecare this time for a check. Eugene carried out a very thorough eye examination and dry eye consultation and he took his time ensuring I was fully happy with my lenses as my eyes have been extra sensitive.
Claire and Zofia once again looked after me so well. They helped me choose new lenses and made sure my frames were just right. Its such a comfort knowing I now have an opticians that genuinely cares, doesnt rush, and always makes me feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Claire, Zofia and Eugene have helped me to find some contacts that work for me! Because of dry eyes i didnt think i could wear them, so i am over the moon! They recommended products to help my eyes for example the Optase life makeup remover i wasnt prepared to give my eyeliner! This product is so good if you like your eye make up! My husband and I visited HAYDENSWAN Eyecare for our routine eye exams and it was a wonderful experience. We were welcomed with a lovely hot chocolate with marshmellows and a mince pie, very festive indeed. Eugene look his time to thouroughly examine our vision, dry eyes, and cataracts. Claire and Zofia were amazing with helping us choose new glasses to compliment our looks and personalities whilst matching the right lenses to our visual needs. A beautiful studio where you are welcomed so warmly from the moment you step into their perfectly designed space, the knowledge and enthusiasm I was greeted with I have never previously experienced in any other optometrists and Ive visited 4 over the past year.. HAYDENSWAN really do believe in giving you a first class service every step of the way, and some great feedback about the best frames for your face shape.. all this served with a tray of delightfully posh coffee too.. what more could you want or need? .. I left feeling like I had gained an extended family!! And Im not exaggerating! I was fortunate enough to take advantage of a free eye test and dry eye screening in August. The service I received was 5* and I will definitely be returning for my next eye test. The staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, and nothing felt like too much trouble. I would highly recommend and will return!

Wow, what a service. As I had some questions about the sunglasses I wanted to buy, I called for advice. The lady who helped me took all the time to explain the ins and outs and alternative options. I ordered it from the website for a much better price than I found elsewhere. The item arrived soon, nicely packaged, even with all additional cleaning products and a handwritten note!
