Absolutely fantastic service! I had been suffering with hard wax in my ears, I had been booked in for syringing with the NHS with a two and a half week wait, however the pain had become agonizing. I accidentally caused a bleed to one of my ears, at which point my hearing had become almost nonexistent, which concerned me even more. However I was able to be booked in for a same day appointment and had an appointment with Aqsa and her help was above and beyond. I was very confident with her ability and the support that I was given was second to none. By far the best service I have received in years. Thank you so much for relieving my pain and giving me my hearing back!

Fantastic service , competitive prices and a lot more variety for the public who want an up to date, modern pair of glasses. It took me 3 months of searching every opticians to find just the right glasses at the right price. (I am very picky and I love colourful glasses )
Zeeshan today was so helpful ,professional and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchases, I bought two pairs of glasses, one for every day use and prescription sun glasses too. Zeeshan adjusted my old glasses to fit better and even my husbands ,when his regular optician said they couldnt adjust them. My husband will also definitely be shopping at city specs in the future, he was so impressed.
All of the staff are so friendly and approachable , it wont take me as long next time to buy a pair of glasses.

My father and I went to your branch because my father badly needed ear wax removal.we got a same day appointment no problem within two hours after ringing.the lady was very efficient and friendly.im really pleased because I've got my hearing back! It only took 20 mins for both ears.i would highly recommend this service to anyone.many thanks City specs meadowhall.

Got my first ever pair of glasses from CitySpecs. From the comprehensive eye examination, the detailed results, given to me by the optician, and then choosing and fitting of frames, it was a faultless experience. Yong and Mel were kind and helpful. I should have posted this months ago but never got round to it. I always knew I would though as the service was so great. Jen looked after me from when I popped into store to the delivery of my glasses. She was very knowledgeable and clearly knows her stuff and the experience for me was fantastic. I cannot recommend City Specs highly enough. The store is a delight to walk around with fantastic ranges to choose from. Thanks Jen for providing the best service. Zeeshan was very helpful. After previously encountering very poor service at the original place I purchased my sunglasses from, it was a breath of fresh air walking into city specs and being offered the help I was given. Superb service! The staff went above and beyond. From greeting me, Mel looked after me and booked me in with an Optometrist who had time to answer any questions I had. He explained every point of the testing process and really cared about my eye health. Mel then helped me to choose some frames that suited my face, which I highly appreciate as it's hard to tell which look best on yourself.
The knowledge everyone has is outstanding. Far beyond the high street chain opticians. If you're looking for excellent customer service then look no further! They also have an incredible selection of frames and lenses. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Amazing customer service!! I brought in a pair of sunglasses in need of repair, and within 10 minutes Zeeshan had returned my sunglasses fully repaired, cleaned, and gave me amazing advise on the types of frames that are more robust. All staff were eager to help, had amazing knowledge, and were extremely kind and professional! For any of my glasses/sunglasses needs I will certainly be returning to City Specs Meadowhall!
